Capt. Manmeet Singh
Corps of Artillery, Indian Army · Founder, Mann Therapy
A veteran of the Indian Army's Corps of Artillery who found a second calling in healing — first through acupressure, finally through colour. For over 14 years he has learned and practised colour therapy, guiding more than 3,000 people, and keeping every protocol free.
"Just a dot by a sketch pen can heal — even I can't believe it, but it is happening. It must reach all, and we are all mediums. Maybe I am one medium, so that a larger audience can heal themselves."— Capt. Manmeet Singh
The journey
From artillery to acupressure to colour
Capt. Manmeet Singh served the nation in the Corps of Artillery of the Indian Army — a life of precision, discipline and duty. The soldier's path eventually led him somewhere unexpected: towards healing.
The first brush was acupressure — the discovery that the body carries points through which it can be gently helped. But the search didn't stop there. It led, finally, to colour: the understanding that frequency and wavelength heal, and that specific colours placed on specific points could do quietly what few would believe until they felt it themselves.
What followed became more than fourteen years of learning and practice. And in 2021, during Covid — when the country was hurting and help was hard to reach — the journey found its true purpose. Healing that needs nothing but a sketch pen and knowledge could travel anywhere, to anyone. That conviction became Mann Therapy: every protocol documented, every solution free, so that the therapy reaches all — because, in his words, we are all mediums.
